Terms of Service
Your use of our website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with our Terms and Conditions. These may be amended from time to time without notice.
Your contract to purchase any of our products becomes a binding contract only when you have received our confirmation of both your order and your payment.
Prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Our prices are listed both exclusive and inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax applied at the current rate, and exclude all foreign taxes. All prices (including delivery and other charges) are subject to change from time to time and are subject to availability.
Our aim is to supply your order in a timely manner, however if a supply issue arises we will contact you as soon as possible. If goods are delayed indefinitely and no alternative is found the order may be cancelled.
If a scheduled delivery does not arrive please email us as soon as possible.
Refunds & Replacements
We want you to enjoy our product. However, if the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Product can be returned for a full refund (excluding freight charges) providing the product is unused and in perfect condition. Freight charges are non-refundable.
To obtain a refund you will need to:
- Email us within 3 days following receipt of your purchased items.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise what item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will send a confirmation email to you and are likely to phone to discuss further.
- Within 7 working days ensure any item returned is in perfect condition (unused & unaltered) with all original tags and packaging undamaged. Any items not received in their original condition as defined will not be refunded in full without further discussion.
Refund will be provided within 5 business days of receiving your item.
A two year warranty is offered. Should you experience an issue with our products please advise us as soon as possible. Depending on what is wrong with the product we will supply:
- Replacement Product
- Choose to supply replacement component with instructions on how to replace. This option would be taken if we believe the faulty component can easily be replaced by you.

Units may be picked up in Wellington.
SOUTH ISLAND - $50 plus $15 extra if Rural
NORTH ISLAND from Wellington up to Wanganui and across to Dannevirke - $20 plus $15 extra if Rural
Remainder of NORTH ISLAND - $40 plus $15 extra if Rural
Anywhere is NZD180.00. Note that NZ GST is not paid on the WATERBOY or the freight.
Products are despatched the day after payment is confirmed.
Non-rural North Island -- 1-2 days
Non-rural South Island -- 1-3 days
Additional 1-3 days for Rural Deliveries
All locations -- 6-10 days
